If something is not right, we make it right. Simply and without fuss.
What we do in every situation:
Damaged or faulty piece? We are truly sorry. Send us a photo and we will replace it immediately — no extra cost, no complications.
Wrong item received? Our mistake, our fix. We will sort it for free.
Wrong colour or variation ordered? Please check carefully before ordering — we are unable to replace pieces selected incorrectly at checkout.
Changed your mind? Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Item missing from your order? We will send it straight away. No charge, no stress.
Parcel arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 5 days and we will replace it gladly.
Wrong address provided? We will offer a 50% discount on a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
Anything else? Write to us at support@tyroneandangelas.com — we read every message ourselves and reply personally.
How to return something:
Email us at support@tyroneandangelas.com within 14 days. Include your order number and a brief note. We will approve the return, share the return address, and once we receive the piece back, refund you within 5 business days.
What cannot be returned:
Pieces returned after 30 days, worn or damaged items, and free pieces from promotional offers.
